Job Description: The administrative assistant provides support to the National Executive Director’s Office and Associate National Executive Director’s office of Locals Administration. Responsibilities include: representing the executive office to other industry executives, interacting with SAG-AFTRA elected leadership and union membership, scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating projects, meeting/event planning, answering phones, records management and preparing correspondence in a confidential and an often fast-paced environment.Read more

The Harvardwood Talent Group (HTG) is a program that provides professional resources, information, and opportunities for Harvard-affiliated actors and actresses. In addition, HTG submits Harvardwood actors for feature film, television, and theater roles. The goal is to help participating actors establish a strong work history and eventually secure talent agency representation.
Eligible HTG members also have the opportunity to attend exclusive "Actor Extras" events organized by Harvardwood leadership.
HTG actors have secured guest roles on numerous shows and films, including: HER (directed by Spike Jonze), THE ODD COUPLE, IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, CASTLE, CSI: NY, SILICON VALLEY, SAM & CAT, THE MINDY PROJECT, and MODERN FAMILY.
To audition for and join the Harvardwood Talent Group, you MUST be a Full Member of Harvardwood and a resident of Los Angeles. Read below for eligibility and audition requirements.

The currently active branch of the HAP is the Actors Reading Writers group, which meets regularly to read Harvardwood writers' works-in-progress. This is a great way for up-and-coming talent, both writers and actors, to get connected and for actors to practice their cold-reading skills. *Join the group and attend our next meeting!
