The top floor of a large duplex on a quiet, peaceful street, the house has a lovely outside garden, high ceilings, tons of light, trees on all sides, views of the hills and the Hollywood sign, hardwood floors, a fireplace, and washer/ dryer. $1600 includes everything, including off-street parking, all utilities/ wifi, and cleaning. So sorry that I cannot accommodate couples, kids, or pets. Month to month. Move -in is first + last months' rent. There's lots of room for privacy and personal space.
