The mission of the NYC Chapter of Harvardwood is to build a vibrant and flourishing arts, media, and entertainment community in New York where the poets are talking to the painters are talking to the standup comics are talking to the composers are talking to the—and on and on.
To provide a framework to allow this community to come together, we do 30-40 events a year, including classical and jazz performances, standup comedy, puppet theater, interviews with major cultural figures, talks by fascinating people, and PARTIES. Do join us and come to our events—YOU are what we're about!
The NYC Chapter also offers the Harvardwood Writers Program — TV Modules. Each semester, the program consists of approximately 10 weeks of intense peer review, workshopping, and exclusive speaker events. This program is open to Full Members and Friends of Harvardwood only.
