We're gearing up for the Fall 2020 semester of our flagship Harvardwood Writers Program! So TV writers, dust off that sample and get it in shape to submit. The TV Modules will begin meeting in mid-September and run through December/January 2021, exact dates TBD.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we will be meeting primarily via Zoom. We will have modules for writers based in Los Angeles (keeping in mind the possibility of future in-person events, networking, and community-building), but we will also accommodate remote writers.Read more

Please make a donation so that we can continue to provide opportunities to all students who are interested in working in the arts, media, and entertainment, regardless of their socio-economic background. Furthermore, many students have incurred unexpected moving and storage costs this year as a result of the pandemic and campus closure back in March.Read more

Harvardwood seeks volunteer writers to cover monthly profile pieces showcasing established Harvard alumni in the arts, media, and entertainment industries.
Responsibilities include researching, interviewing the subject(s) via telephone or in person, and writing a 1000-1200 word profile piece. Writers should be familiar with both the Harvard community and the entertainment industry, and may suggest profile subjects of interest. Some reporting and/or interview skills are required, and most importantly, poise and a discreet manner.
