If you're involved in a film that will be screened at Tribeca this year, let us know so we can share screening info with the Harvardwood community! We're here to support our members and their endeavors in the arts, media, and entertainment—whether it's by serving as a fiscal NPO sponsor in the early stages of a project or by promoting your concerts, exhibits, or screenings via the Harvardwood Heads To... calendar.
So email us if you have or you know of Harvard-affiliated films that will be featured in the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival this spring.
We've been looking for a way for Harvardwood members in New York to get to know and support each others' creative work. And so we've come up with something new—the very first ever Harvardwood Creative Collage!
Bring in some poems you're working on, a part of that novel-in-progress, a scene you're working on for acting class (yes, you can bring a scene partner with you), your latest painting or photograph or even sculpture (if portable!), a song you've written, that standup set you're working on—everything creative is welcome!
Each Creative Collage will star 8 "presenters", getting 8 minutes each for their work. After the presentations, there will be a reception with wine and cheese.
Sign up to participate in this unique event, as either a presenter or an audience member!
We've selected the excellent short stories and poems to be featured in Harvardwood Publishing's first anthology, The Seven Deadly Sins, and we are now working on the anthology's publication.
To that end, we're seeking an editor to help us prepare the manuscript for publication. The text consists of short fiction, poetry, and the writers' biographies. If you can pitch in and donate your editing expertise to Harvardwood Publishing, please contact Patricia Danaher at [email protected] by March 15th.
We're excited to showcase these talented writers and their works in The Seven Deadly Sins, and we thank you for helping us bring the anthology to life!
