Come together with others in the Entertainment Community, experiencing and learning Mindfulness practices utilizing the breath and meditation.

This 30-minute meditation practice is grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
