Come together with others in the Entertainment Community, experiencing and learning Mindfulness practices utilizing the breath and meditation.
This 30-minute meditation practice is grounded in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Bring a sense of balance to your day, and give yourself a little rest from the unrest.
You must register one time for this on-going event and you will receive confirmation of your registration via Zoom in order to attend this meditation.
