Join Christine Cox, co-founder and artistic/executive director of BalletX, for an informal, student-led conversation around leadership, entrepreneurship in dance, and evolving ballet in the 21st century. BalletX is a Philadelphia-based contemporary ballet company that commissions and produces original works, performing them for broad audiences across the country. Their online streaming platform BalletX Beyond features world premiere dance films by choreographers from around the world, and their Choreographic Fellowship is one of the only programs in the nation that focuses on choreographic development in ballet. Learn about Christine Cox’s own unique journey from dancer in Pennsylvania Ballet to co-founding director of a new ballet company.
