This exciting event will feature cast and crew members from the Chicago International Film Festival films, A Light Beneath Their Feet and Open Tables.

If you RSVPed before the day of the event, you're all set. If you'd like to RSVP on Saturday, Oct. 24th, please email chicago@harvardwood.org with your name and the total number of people in your party.

weiss.jpgWe are delighted to host our inaugural event during the Chicago International Film Festival as we celebrate the work of filmmakers, directors, and moviegoers!

The two features we are highlighting that illustrate the purpose of Harvardwood Chicago are:

A Light Beneath Their Feet,
directed by Valerie Weiss MA '97, PhD '01 and produced by Robert Johnson JD '99 and Jeffrey Loeb JD '04

and

Open Tables, a film made by Chicagoan Jack Newell, OpenTables-W.jpg
featuring local talent and filmed at some of the top restaurants in Chicago

We encourage all of you to enjoy the festival, see the two films above, and then join us and members of both films' production teams, casts, and crews at Underground Chicago on Saturday October 24, at 10:00pm to celebrate their accomplishments and Chicago's thriving cultural scene!
