The author and ghostwriter of multiple award-winning books, Nancy’s latest self-help book, Pregnancy, OMG!, is the first-ever photographic guide to pregnancy and was called “the ultimate how-to for anyone who’s got a bun in the oven” by OK! magazine. Her first book, Body Drama, was heralded as “a book of liberation” by Eve Ensler. Her debut children’s book BEDTIME BONNET (RandomHouse), is a celebration of Black nighttime hair rituals and was called “the best children’s book of 2020” by TheGrio. Her second children’s book is scheduled for publication in 2022.

She is married to her college sweetheart, actor Rupak Ginn, and they live in Los Angeles with their two children, August, 8, and Little Nancy, 5.
