Support Harvardwood with Ralphs Community Contribution Program!
In order to keep Harvardwood dues low, each year our organization participates in the Ralphs grocery store Community Contribution program -- every time one of our members or affiliates shops at Ralphs, a small percentage of the total expenditure goes back to Harvardwood!
As an added bonus, if you sign up for the Community Contribution program before Oct. 15th, we'll add 3 FREE MONTHS of Full Membership to your account!
PLEASE NOTE: If you enrolled last year you must enroll again by following the instructions below.
To enroll in the program:
1. Go to www.ralphs.com http://www.ralphs.com/
2. Click on "Services," then click on "Community Contributions" 3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Enroll" under the "Participant" section. 4. Either sign-in to your existing account or register for a new one. (If you need a new account, create one by following the outlined instructions and then check your email for the confirmation message.) 5. Once your account is set-up, enter your email address and password to access your account.
6. Scroll down until you see the "Edit Community Contribution Program Information" link. Click on this link.
7. Enter NPO number (81143) or name of organization (Harvardwood), select organization from list and click save changes. 8. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will now see your organization’s name on your account page.
9. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.
If you have forgotten your Ralphs Rewards number (you'll need it for the registration process), you can get it by calling: 800-660-9003.
Finally, please email director@harvardwood.org with the subject line "RALPHS COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTOR" and let us know when you have enrolled so we can add the 3 months of Full Membership to your account!
